How do I access my products after purchase?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with your login credentials and a direct link to your dashboard. All products are cloud-based, so there's nothing to download or install. Simply log in, follow the onboarding wizard (5-10 minutes), and start creating. Your account syncs across all devices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher-tier product at any time—we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades are available but require contacting support. If you're on a monthly subscription, changes take effect the next billing cycle. One-time purchases (like Lifetime Vault Pass) are permanent and don't renew.

What's the difference between Core Creative Vault and Lifetime Vault Pass?

Core Creative Vault ($299) is a one-time purchase that includes all five main products, monthly strategy calls, and priority email support.

Lifetime Vault Pass ($499) includes everything in Core Vault, PLUS lifetime access to all future products and features we release, automatic updates, and priority community access. It's a one-time purchase with no expiration.

If you plan to use MEWR long-term and want access to everything new we build, Lifetime Pass is the better value.

Do products include updates and new features?

Yes. All products receive continuous updates, bug fixes, and new features at no additional cost. Monthly subscribers get updates automatically. One-time purchase customers (Core Vault, Lifetime Pass) also get all updates—your license is forever current. Lifetime Pass holders additionally get all future products included as we release them.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. If you've used multiple products, we refund based on the terms of each product. For Lifetime Vault Pass, the 30-day window begins at purchase.

Can I try products before buying?

For most products, no. We handle API calls internally.
